I wish I could find the rest to this on the internet
This is only the first of 3 pictures of cranes that flipped into the water trying to pick up a van that went in first. They operators knew the picking weight of each, but underestimated the weight the water added to it. After this crane went in, another was sent over to pick it out... which flipped... and then a HUGE crane was sent in to pick those... (and guess what happened)
... it was from an old email I got years ago. I'll have to check around to see if I can find the entire sequence. It was about 25-30 pictures in a row, and probably the funniest shit I'd ever seen. A 2 or 3 million dollar whoops.
Also have a picture somewhere of one of these monsters picking up and crushing a huge dozer... pretty damn impressive. I'll have to hunt them down.
